The training program at StarTek was magnificent and I was confident in what I was doing. It was even more liberating that I was offered to help train the new agents when I had only been out on the floor for about a month and a half! This is a fast paced job, I have been working at StarTek for 11 months and have already been promoted to a higher position and received 2 raises!

What other workplace give someone 2 raises in 11 months?! I find that this is a very fun and relaxing place to work as long as you come to work, do your work, and do it right. The job challenges me in ways that can help me professionally and personally. I went into this job thinking "I might be able to handle that" and now I come to work every day saying "I can handle that, and I will fix the issue". Each call is a challenge to my abilities and no day is the same.
